Pls avoid this company, poor service delivery.

Like most of their customers I have also had a bad customer experience. I placed an order for shoes on the 22nd of Aug, upon placing the order I was told that the purchased items will be delivered around the 25th of Oct. Today is the 4th Nov and I still haven't received my purchased items. I have send 4 emails requesting an update my order the past week, I haven't received any update as yet. I also tried calling couple of times, no one answers the phone. I have searched for their office/site address can't find any location address on Internet. In the past month alone 56 unhappy customers posted on Hello Peter similar stories. Only 3 customers posted happy stories. The SA public needs to be warned about this company poor service delivery to avoid any further people losing their hard earned money.
