Pathetic
This is an online retailer that should be avoided at all costs!
When any negative feedback is sent via email or facebook, they immediately refer the correspondence to their lawyer! What a pathetic business model. No wonder they keep a 25% penalty fee when refunding - that's to pay their own legal fees.
Unbelievable that they are still in "business" and continue to make fools of honest folk who prefer to support a local brand. You're ruining it for everyone, you ****hole!
