Order 3234 - 7th Review DO NOT REPLY RESOLVE IN AMICABLE MANNER - STILL NO RESPONSE FROM YOU

Benna Bok is a HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!!

This is my 6TH review and NO ATTEMPT TO CORRECT ANY ACTION WAS DONE.

I placed an order the 15th August, it has been 3 months and no products to date was delivered.

I decided I wanted a refund, we had to sign declarations not to go to the police or Carte Blance, 3 days before my refund was due - I received a letter from their attorneys that they can represent Benna Bok anymore, as they didn't refund clients as per their agreement.

Apparently according to the facebook page they appointed new attorneys, and again we had to e-mail sales@bennabok, and this e-mail only sends automatic reply saying they will get back to you in 48 hours. I have sent numerous e-mails NO ONE REPLIES.

I phoned - the mail box is full and I can't leave anymore messages.

The satisfied photo's on their facebook page is the same damn photos of 3 people?

I send whats-app messages and facebook messages NO REPLY - I was blocked from their page because I inquired about my order?

This is the worst mistake ever, trying to support and understand Benna Boks's situation. I gave them a chance - BENNA BOK YOU LET ME DOWN!!!!! You really are *****ing from people.

Order 3234 - You owe me R1000 or goods, please keep to your "promise of filling ever order"

I will keep posting every day till you resolve my situation.
