No service no feedback
Order placed and paid for 12.06.2018. Goods still not received 02.07.2018. No response to emails. Phone goes over to voice mail and states the message box is full.

Your order was placed on 12 June 2018 via Benna Bok's online shop. Before an order can be placed, the client is required to tick a box to confirm that he/she accepts and understand Benna Bok's Terms and Conditions.
In the event that a client fails to click said box, the order is declined.
Benna Bok was still within its manufacturing lead time when you willingly agreed to be bound by our Terms and Conditions before placing said order.
Your order is supposed to be completed on 25 July 2018, as discussed in an email sent to you yesterday. We highlight this point as it is relevant to your review on www.hellopeter.com about Benna Bok. We had to set the record straight.

We have perused your comment and fail to understand why you are still continuing to bad mouth, and attack and vilify Benna Bok, despite the ordeal be settled amicably.
You requested that you do not want your funds returned to you but requested that we donate same to a charity of your choosing.
We have done so.
Should you continue with this line of attack our office will be left without any choice by to launch an interdict application against you. We of course don’t want it to come to this and therefore again kindly request that you refrain from making an comments about or regarding us on in any form or on any platform.
