No merchandise, no explanation, no customer service.
Same as all the other reviews. NO customer service, NO updates on orders FULLY paid for. NO answer when phoning, NO replies on emails. BLOCKS you when posting facts about their lack of professionalism and customer service on their facebook page.
I’m no longer interested in dealing with Benna Bok, want a FULL refund, as the 30 days lead time has come and gone and I no longer have any time ( trust or interest) in dealing with Benna Bok. Don’t want to hear excuses!!!

Once again shocking!! So this is how they “handle” customer complaints. By once again not sticking to what they claim they will do.

Toe foon in my oor neer gesit.
