No feedback, can't reach company
I placed and paid for my order on 4 July 2018. I have tried to contact this company numerous times via email, facebook and telephone for an update on my order which I know takes 5 - 30 days for manufacturing. I do not have a problem with this time frame, however I am concerned that I cannot make contact with someone that can give me an update.
Responses to email are automatic, the telephone goes unanswered and voice messages not returned. On facebook messenger I received a reply that a consultant would contact me. I am still waiting.
It's unfortunate that Hello Peter is my last resort, I hope a real person will contact me with useful information.
