Empty promises of refunds...
This is my third attempt on Hello Peter. I have sent 14 e-mails in total and still no refund. No response either. Please rather tell me if you have no funds available to refund me than just keeping quiet. Stop promising that customer service is turning around if you do not intend responding to your mails or refund instructions.
