DO NOT BUY FROM BENNA BOK
I have ordered shoes on the 2nd of September and to date have not received it. I phone the telephone number on their website but there is no answer and I have send almost 20 e-mails and no one gets back to me. I think this is terrible service and will never buy from them again...that is if I ever get my shoes!!!! The worst service I've come across in my whole life!!!!!!! Don't buy from them I think they **** innocent people and take their money!!!

We are sorry you feel that way. Benna Bok is a business, not a ****. If Benna Bok was in fact a ****, we would not dispatch orders to our valued clients on a daily basis, pay refunds, answer our landline, invite our valued clients to Click and Collect from our business premises or attend to emails.
