Disgusted Benna Bok client

I've ordered 2 handbags on the 14th July from Benna Bok. After no response to numerous emails , phonecalls and sms's ,I am regrettably forced to post tis message on Hello Peter because of poor response no expected time of delivery , no refund recieved after requesting it after 3months since payment , and then they have the audacity to still advertise and taking new orders in . Must be the worse customer servize Ive ever recieved in my life ! I just want my Money back and hope that nobody else will fall in the same trap as I did .
