Blocked communication

I placed an order on July 7th, #2172. Initially I was contend to wait for the “5-30 working days”. It is now been more than a 100 working days. I am now blocked from communicating via facebook, messanger and emails are the generic responses. I am tired of waiting for my order, as it was quite a large order, meant for collueges abroad. This service is unacceptable. How can you be blocked just for enquiring about the progress of something you paid a lot of money for!?
