I am so so disappointed in their customer service. I placed an order with them 11 months ago order #3651I have been sending emails for months now, I have not once been rude to them , all I want is to resolve the matter, I followed all the correct routes when requesting a refund. When through their lawyers and then got told they are no longer dealing with it. In my emails I have asked them so nicely just to contact me so that we can resolve the matter, whether it be a refund or them giving the products to me that I paid for. I am a student working two jobs for extra money and spent R2299.90 of my hard earned money with nothing to show. Up until now they have not responded to any of my emails , yet they are quick to respond to others to threaten with legal action , I have really been patient up until now , but this is seriously ridiculous
