Benna Bok - Worst online shopping choice ever!
I have placed an order on line the 15th of August. I had to pay within an hour of placing the order or else the order would be cancelled. However when Benna Bok needs to deliver on product no delivery is made. I have tried to phone many times and no one answers, I have also made inquiries as to is my order done. But on the status page it said processing for the last month. I feel they stole from me, as I paid immediately and I have nothing to show for it.
I want as refund ASAP!!!!

Our landline is attended to on weekdays between 08:00 - 16:00. It is very busy. We always phone back when a client requests a call-back.
Our manufacturing lead time is 5 - 30 working days, as per our Terms and Conditions. Technically, we are still within said prescribed manufacturing lead time with regards to your order.
