Benna Bok - Where is my MONEY

I also ordered from Benna Bok on 15 July in which they also did not deliver my ordered goods as promised. I decided to ask for a refund after numerous mails, rude customer service from Petro and Frank Botha themselves. Unanswered messages, whattsapps and unanswered phone calls. I went through all the chanels that they wanted. Signing a refund form, contact their lawyers and I am still waiting to get my money which they have for months now!! They were suppose to refund me on the 14th of September already and this is after i send all documents as they required again. I had to submit it to their 2nd bunch of lawers again on the 7th of October and had to wait 15 working days in which my payment is due today!! I even reminded them and the lawers on Friday the 26th of October and received a letter from their lawers just now that they also withdraw from them because they do not pay back our money as they are suppose to!! They block you from all methods of communication so that you can not contact them and send automated replies that they will come back to you in 48 hour!! Which do not happen or they say contact our lawyers. They do not have lawyers for the second time now. And what makes it worse they have competitions on their fb page where people won vouchers to the amount of R5000. Is this fair Benna Bok?? People please be warned these people do not deliver. They take your money and do not even have the courtesy to try and apologise for their actions and behaviour. I would like to have my money back which is in your account Petro and Frank Botha!!
