Benna Bok unreliable on paying back refund

I placed an order, and after 2 months of nothing I request my refund. I filled in their forms and "declaration". So I received a letter from their lawyer stating my refund will be paid Friday 19 October 2018. Friday evening I commented on their page that my name was not amongst the names refunded. Frank send me a wattsup and PROMISED I will get paid and they will follow it up and I received an email saying it's weekend but Monday my refund will be paid. Today I send 2 x emails to their lawyer and 2 x wattsup requesting confirmation of payment, NO REPLY. I send Frank an sms asking to make the payment as they broke THEIR agreement of payment. I was told that I intimidated him!!!! They break promises, send legal agreements of payment and still play victim!!! I WANT MY REFUND.
