Benna Bok T/A Bella Bok - **** and False advertising - *****ing from consumers

I have ordered a laptop bag online from Bella Bok T/A Benna Bok in July

The notification was sent to ********** as per their online instructions but I haven’t heard anything from them since.

I have tried contacting then on (012) ********** but their phone keeps on ringing and then gives a “mailbox is full” message.

I have also sent e-mails via their website but to no avail.

The amount paid was just short of a R1000 and I have not received any product nor any communication.

This is a South Afican company that is clearly making their money by false advertising and pocketing the money from consumers.

According to their website, a consumer can only get a partial amount back should the order be cancelled due to not receipt of your proof of payment withing 24 hours but the proof of payment was send immediately and if they cancelled the order, why did I not receive any communication or any money back?

I would like to report this and will take legal action if needed to make sure that other consumers are not done in any further.
