Benna Bok, still no answers or refund

I have still not received my refund and still have not had any decent/honorable response from them. In fact the response from the Benna Bok's owners have been nothing but rude avoidance, followed by being blocked on social media and on the phone numbers they supp****. Their attorneys, Van Stadens Inc, seem to help with the stalling tactics and just don't get back to you. Very dissapointed.
