BENNA BOK SHOE BAG ONLINE STORE IS THE WORSE

On 28 july 2018 i have bought shoes online store and I was told i will get them after 30 working due to production. on 7 September was the last day of this 30 days waiting time.I called them all i get is 'We are new business and getting good personnel has been a mission" no answer when am i getting my shoes(time frame ) and bad attitude .I dont knw what next no reply from ********** 082 / ********** 781. I am not asking for a favour I have paid fro this service. pls assist
