To add to the long list of complaints re this company, Petro & Frank Botha are total *****s, taking money from unsuspecting customers & the customer is then left with no product & no refund! On their fb page they immediately remove all negative comments or queries & block those people from commenting! My order was placed on 22/08 after reading only positive feedback on their page. I requested a refund after product was not delivered within their own stipulated 5 to 30 working days period! No response from them on any platform so had to get refund form from another victim of theirs. After emails/ phonecalls/watsapps/ridiculous declaration forms etc, their legal team finally gave me a refund date for 05/11. I have not been refunded & their 3rd legal team has now also resigned! All their numbers & email addresses are not working anymore! This couple have de*****ed many, many people out of thousands of rands ( refer to benna bok refund group on fb for more similar stories!)
