I placed an order for a weekend bag and a pair of shoes on 11 August 2018 (order # 3208). I paid immediately after I recieved an email from them with bank details etc. After some time went by I asked for a refund, as I never got my order, I sent in multiple refund forms and corresponded with the owners and their lawyers!! Still nothing, no refund.
I am not the only person that this happened to, taking a payment and not sending wat someone paid for is theft, not refunding someone is also theft! Instead I am blocked and get no reply when I inquire about my refund.
Steer clear of this business if you don't want to loose your hard earned money!!
