Benna Bok REFUND ME ASAP

I have ordered a pair of shoes from Benna Bok 21'st of July and made payment the same day. I have waited the 5-30 working days and have not recieved any tracking number and no information on the product I have ordered. I then messaged Benna Bok and asked why I havn't recieved my items tracking number or even an email stating that the said ordered item was on its way to me. I finally got a reply stating that there was a defect and the "pride themselves in good quality products" and they know that "the wait is ****er but it will be worth the wait". It is currently the 8th of November and I have now had to request a refund, I have been blocked off the group because I was asking them to reply to my emails and messages regarding my refund. I have had no response thus far and have now had to go as far as getting a attorney to send them a letter of demand.
