Dear Benna Bok,

I have emailed you so many times I have actually lost track! My order nr is 2119 and was paid for on the 8th of July 2018. I have send you refund form with probably about 4 follow up mails, and until today I have not heard from you.

Please can someone just acknowledge my mail, and confirm to me that you have received my refund form and that my R999.95 will be refunded to me? Is this really too much to ask?
