Benna Bok not keeping their refund promises

Worst service ever received. My supposedly complete order was to be delivered in August but it never happened after numerous follow ups now I'm struggling to get a refund. I requested a refund since August. All of a sudden their customers had to fill in refund forms which stipulated a 7day refund policy, then it changed to 15days. So finally I got a date from their lawyers I'll be refunded today but nothing as yet and my name was not mentioned on their list on Facebook either. I would not recommend anyone to buy from them...
