Benna Bok - No service, no product, no money

I have had the same experience as many other users who have commented about Benna Bok. The most disappointing part of the order is that I had told my two friends that I had ordered them each a handmade leather handbag for their birthdays and they couldn't wait to receive them. I have also had the pleasure of being contacted by the legal firm they USED to be clients of. I have joined a page on facebook created for people who are awaiting refunds, and some have alleged to have contacted the ombudsman and Carte Blanche. How does this company get away with this business for so long? I sincerely hope they are making real efforts to get over this production issue, alternatively I will also be one of the poor people waiting for a refund as soon as they send me a form - 44 business days and counting
