Benna Bok - NO SERVICE

Good Day I placed an order with Benna Bok on the 30th of June, Benna Bok claims to deliver order within 5 to 30 working days.

It is 48 working day since i ordered and paid. My mails and Facebook messages remains unanswered. I requested a refund but i am not getting any response.

Please Benna Bok, if you read this, contact me so we can have this matter resolved amicably.

Thank you for the quick reply, i just wish i could have gotten such quick replies to my mails and Facebook messages, if i did i would not have had to resolve to such a public platform like Hello Peter. all i need to know is how to get a full refund of my money, i placed my order over 2 months ago, unfortunatly i can not wait any longer. I truly hope we can resolve this matter without any problems. Please get back to me as soon as possible.
