Benna Bok is soooooo *****!!!

Ordered almost a year ago. After a lot of fighting, managed to get half of my order after 4 months. Been struggling for 6 months now to get other half of my order. they blocked me. Now they promise to refund, but refuse to commit to a date for refund or send the so called Refund agreement.
