Benna Bok is a **** or just have ****ty service!
Order was placed on the 12 July 2018. The first time I queried about my order I was asked if I read the T&C. Delivery takes 5-30 Working days. Okay thats fine. From there I didn't speak to the same person ever. Every time someone else, everytime I had to explain myself. So when we reached 36 working days without delivery. I posted on their facebook warning others. I was IMMEDIATELY blocked and banned from their page and the next moment I got a email from their apparent lawyer that he will phone me the next day.
This call lasted 2 min as he just asked me what I wanted... Uhm obviously a refund. It was to take 7 working days. Today is the 7th working day ... NO REFUND!
Don't buy from these people! They have ****ty customer service!
I also don't even want a reply from them. Cause we all know by now how they can smear a complaint.
Wish I read hello Peter review before I spent a cent with them!
