Ordered a handbag in Aug 2018 needless to say never received it. I even signed a settlement document stating that I will receive my payment in 2 installments. The first installment was paid end of October, second (and last one) was due end of November. Nothing has been paid. They don't answer their emails - they ignore you point-blank. They have excuses like the owner was in hospital and that is why they couldn't make payment. Load of **** - the last installment was due 30 November today is the 14th of November and still no payment.

PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! All their Facebook posts of "happy" clients are ****! They BS everyone and they are trying to win time.
