Benna Bok False Promises No Refunds No Delivery

On 2018/07/31 at 09:21am, I bought/placed the above order with Benna Bok “vellies” in a size 7. The “vellies” has still not been delivered. We agreed at the time I placed the order, by accepting the terms and conditions of purchase, which read: “Our manufacturing lead time is 5 - 30 (upon expectance of T&C`s) working days, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. Our manufacturing lead time excludes the packaging and dispatch of the order." That manufacturing lead time is 5-30 working days. I tried to make contact with themto make arrangements on ********** and ********** , no response was received as to when delivery of the “vellies” can be expected. They did however send me a letter from their now lawyer... I still up until today have not recieved my refund nor any goods ! I tried to make contact with them on facebook because i got no response and they blocked me. Any negative comments are removed so dont be fooled . So please let my poor judgement be an example to all, Benna Bok is bad news. I am pretty sure that i will recieve a letter drom their lawyer after this review but not my refund!
