Benna bok empty promises

After following up on a promised delivery of our order i merely contacted Benna Bok to sort out the confusion on behalf of my aunt who placed the order for us. I am also a paying customer even though the order is not on my name. I was threatened with lawyers after i send the manager Adrian Louw proof of empty promises made to us. We want answers and do not get any...all I get is threats and a very bad attitude. I have proof of all correspondence between myself my aunt and Adrian. Can one of Benna Bok's owners please contact me? Seeing that i am being threatend with lawyers i will also then be contacting one seeing that my right on basic customer satisfaction and freedom of speech is being denied
