Benna Bok don't supply goods

NO Stars I have placed my order and paid, 4 November 2018. To date, I have received no positive feedback regarding my order? I have not received my order, nor did I receive a refund. They are posting specials daily on Facebook, but when I require to them on Facebook, I got blocked. Don't know what to do, others need to be warned. Its so sad how more and more get caught daily.

Not a happy client.
