Bad Service and No Products delivered. I placed an order on the 01/07/2018 and have still not received my products. Is Benna Bok a ****?!?! I have sent numerous emails and tried calling many times and no one can give me an answer about where my products are and when they will be delivered. We are now going onto 52 Working days! When i call to speak to a manager the very rude receptionist says the manager is not available and i must wait for my email..... When they do reply on an email saying that they will call me - NO ONE CALLS ME BACK. I have requested a refund to be made to me on numerous emails seeing that i cannot speak to a manager and no one can tell me where my product is.

Thank you for replying..... I would like this to be treated with urgency as Benna Bok Never calls me when they say they will on their emails, and when i call the receptionist tells me there is no manager to speak to or the phone just rings and no picks up. I have tried calling many times
