Benna Bok's service is ridiculous!! I am constantly seeing updates on their Facebook page about happy customers with handbags but none regarding shoes and other goods. I have been waiting 5 months for 1 pair of shoes. I have asked for updates and refunds and none have been received. Currently I don't have shoes or my money back. I believe this is done op purpose. They are ********* and say they will "come back to you" and then dont.
