Be Aware of Benna Bok, alias Franella, Karoo Ella, Susuri and Nelle Designer Hats

Poorest service I have ever received. I ordered on 1 August 2018 leather products from Benna Bok. They state 5-30 working days for delivery on their contract. After the 30 days I enquired as I have not received anything or any communication from them. Their response was I need to wait another few days for dispatching. Now it has been already almost 3 months, no delivery of any goods. I requested a refund as they are in breach of their contract but only gets send from one corner to the other. Later they referred me to their attorney who gave me ultimatums and wanted me to sign a document,undertaking to leave certain whats-up groups and facebook groups before they will consider refunding me. I refused to sign it as it is my right to belong to any group I want. From there, they (including their so-called attorney) ignores my writings and requests. I am one of hundreds of customers having this problem with Benna Bok. Some of the customers gets threatened with court cases etc and all we want is just our money back. So after 3 months, no product and no money back with being ignored or threatened by them. And I am not talking about R50 here and there, some have lost thousands . They functioned under various names before, doing the same thing e.g LunaCherry, Karoo Ella, Franella, Bella Bok, Benna Bok, Susuri and Nelle Designer hats.
