Bad Service - Order 2757

Extremely bad service from Benna Bok, We ordered in July and till date we have received no feedback at all, the only mail that we ever received from Bennabok is on the 21 September 2018, stating that they will contact each person directly with feedback on their orders and till date no feedback at all, mails are being sent to them and the only response that you get is an Automated Response that they will respond in 48 Hours, doubt that this will even happen. Even if you try calling them, they do not answer, or the line is busy(most likely taken off the hook), once you comment on their facebook page, you get blocked from commenting again as well as sending them messages on facebook as well, queries on their website is also pointless as nothing is being returned or called at all.

Before you order from these people, think twice as I would suggest you do not order from them at all. Numerous people are complaining about this "Company".
