Bad service!

Please do not ever buy anything from Benna Bok!

I was stunned to see how many people has fallen in the same trap as me and who had similar experiences to mine.

I placed an order on 17/07/2018 for a pair of shoes. After 3 weeks I enquired about the progress of my order and got an automated reply that according to their T&C's their lead time is 5-30 working days. After 30 working days, I enquired again, this time getting a reply that my order will be finished by 12 September (40 working days!), but that they cannot tell me how long the packaging is going to take and cannot guarantee when my order will be delivered.

After several emails back and forth, they offered to pay my money back. I agreed as this seemed to me to be the best option. Upon acceptance of this offer, I received an agreement to sign that I will not speak to any third party and remove any negative publicity from social media, was threatened by their "legal team" and that they will only pay back my money in 10 working days. I did not sign the agreement as I feel that I paid for a service that I haven't received and I am therefore entitled to my money back without signing any agreement.

After several more emails, Benna Bok agreed to pay my money back within 7 working days - this was supposed to be on Tuesday 11 September. Today is Friday, 14 September - no money and no response to my email!
