Order Details: Order Placed 6 July 2018. Still NO ORDER Received! Or any promises to give me a delivery date had been done.

their T&C's: ( as per emailed to me on 20 August) Firstly: Payment Reflection Time. 1-4 Days Secondly: Manufacturing Handcrafted Product/s. 5-30 Working Days a.k.a 6 weeks. Thirdly: Quality Control and Product Packaging. 24-72 hours a.k.a 1-3 Days. Final step: Courier collections and delivery. This time will all depend on the courier company.

Well after ALL this I gave them till today! AND GUESS WHAT! NO TRACKING number!

I am now requesting a refund!

This must be the WORST company ever!!!! DO NOT ORDER!
