APPALLING SERVICE!!!
I placed and paid for an order on the 9 July 2018 (39 business days ago, as per T&C's). I have emailed on several occasions to find out when my order will be ready and I have only received one email back and conveniently that's when they still fell in the 5-30 working days. Now I'm getting no response.
I wish I had seen all these terrible reviews before I even bothered with them. I just want answers and it looks like this is the only way to get them!!!!!
