Absolutely shocked by Benna bok

Absolutely shocked! Been nearly a year and zero communication or reply mail /messages. I have always been kind and requested feedback, but never recieved any feedback. I saved for months to buy these 2 bags. The day I placed the order I asked questions on Facebook messenger. They answered them instantly and once I sent the proof of payment, all communication stopped. Disgusting. Even more shocking that they still taking orders and not delivering.
