108 days - No Refund or Order - Keep away from these ********!!

Again Benna Bok has failed to keep to their own terms, even with refunds!

Unfortunately Benna Bok has now lost their second attorney that was representing them! How terrible can a person and company be that you can't keep clients or even your attorneys!! LOL

See abstract from attorneys letter below:

Our offices have throughout tried to handle the process with the highest level of integrity and has been throughout assured that our client would pay the refunds in accordance with his process we had adopted to ensure that all customers requesting refunds are paid accordingly.

However as a result of our client's failure to act in accordance with our instructions and failure to make payment of the refunds as per the process followed, we can no longer represent or assist them in this matter. We have been assured by Benna Bok (Pty) Ltd that the refunds that was not paid as scheduled for 25.26 and 27 October 2018 shall be paid within the next couple of days.

Our firm however as a result of Benna Bok (Pty) Ltd's failure to settle the refunds as undertaken, can no longer be on record on their behalf and/or represent them further in this process.
