Parking lot crime!

Car broken into while I picked up takeaways @SimplyAsia (laptop & handbag ******). Reviewed footage - the centre guard watched the entire incident and did nothing. ********* know where the camera blind spots are & target accordingly. Definitely a syndicate. Opened a police case - even the officials at Sandton Police station said Benmore Shopping a Centre is not safe. I’m in complete shock!
