Poor service

On the 27th December 2021, a group of us containing 8 people visited Benguela Cove close to Herm**** for a wine tasting/pairing experience. After waiting for almost 25 minutes in the foyer without ANY assistance, i decided to go see whether someone could point us in the right direction. The barman at the restaurant said i must then wait at the reception point in front at the restaurant as he will go find someone. Waiting for another 15 minutes without any help, we then decided to leave the premises and would not return here due to a lack of nothingness!! People regularly come to visit us from Gauteng & Free State, but we will NOT refer this pathetic service as there WAS none!! Pity, as this is quite an astonishing venue for possible wedding possibilities, but if this is the kind of respect shown to potential customers, we would rather seek better service somewhere else.
