NEVER AGAIN will I book this space.

The welcome. Unwelcoming hosts, extremely vague, no detailed info especially on WiFi keys and facilities, no one handed a key we had to ask for apartment keys, telling us we can use the “communal” pool, difficulty to get to the pool (having to knock on a door in hope that someone would open. Next day we were informed we cannot use the pool. When asked if we can use another gate without disturbing them, we were told in the other side of the gates are “vicious“ dogs just to find out later they nice house dogs.

Accommodation (luxury accommodation) this is not at all “luxury” False advertising, small (compare to pictures) space dusty and stuffy, to many owner cupboards (not for guest use) no oven, our leisure area is shared with staff headquarters, severe paint smell (we were unaware of) couldn’t sleep due to noise of loud staff, cutting grass at 11am which was not needed as grass was short. When asked to speak to a manager we waited an hour and still no manager even though I was standing write infront of owner and he didn’t acknowledge me at all.

Staff, Cleaning staff is friendly, however loud (like we weren’t there) staff quarters and storage all around advertised space (which is no where to be seen on pictures on AIRBNB)

Owner, Informed us upon check in we can use the pool and when we wanted access he said we can’t use the pool and I quote “we not allowed to use the pool” Both owners are dismissive and unbothered. Owners were very confused about our stay as per the owner himself. I am still trying to figure out why??? As I paid for a space and facilities just to find out I’m not allowed to use it at all. Owner then Informed us we were miss informed but didn’t solve anything blamed the booking agent (AIRBNB) NOT ACCOMMODATING AT ALL. We felt Racially profiled to the point where owner was willing to fully refund just to get us to leave. With no valid reason or remorse and zero acknowledgement.

It’s was really a pathetic place to say the least and the service/hosts was the worst we ever experienced. NEVER AGAIN.
