Having ordered and paid cash for a scale, I was advised that I was to remit a further amount of R162.00 to cover the cash deposit fee. I objected and evetually after unpleasant banter, I cancelled the order. The imports manageresd agreed to refund my money, less the cash deposit fee, and indicated that she would deposit cash back into my account so that I would be liable for a further cash deposit fee.
