No Delivery, No Response – Very Disappointing

I placed an order through Graceful Treads Bridal Boutique (which is linked to Benevolence Bridal Boutique) for a dress and tie (Order #***3) over a month ago. I never received any tracking details or updates, and now their website is completely down.

I’ve tried reaching out multiple times via email, WhatsApp, and phone, but have received no response. To date, I have no product, no communication, and no refund. They took my money and vanished.

This has been a very disappointing experience, especially when trusting a bridal boutique for something as important as a special occasion. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from them.
