***** and chance taking

I received an sms from this company telling me of an account that has been activated on my behalf without ever contacting me for such.They gave me reference number and telling me about debit.Whwn I called the number they say is for cancelling ********** 002 they don't pick up.Their other number I got from Google ********** 015 the option for customer service says they are not available and must call later,it was before 16:00.
