Overly charged *******

I am absolutely shocked. Literally just bought this tube of primer for almost R200, opened it up to see what it is like while sitting in the car waiting for my husband. Naturally I use the car light as it is night time and happen to lift the product up in front of the light to find that the tube is less than half full???
