Awesome service from Mathapelo

Mathapelo, Mathapelo, Mathapelo.... There is a lady by the name of Mathapelo at edgars Alberton city who is a 10 star for me. That lady has been so helpful throughout my ups and downs with my mother's claim. She has been so supportive and helpful even though I am a total stranger she made me feel so welcome and helped me to the best of her ability. I have witnessed her help other customers as well and I realised that it was not my luck but she is naturally like that. Even though my claim has not been successful but I am at peace with the way she handled me and the whole process from the beginning. May the good Lord bless her and may edgars realise what a blessing she is to the store. She is one in a million in the retail industry. May you be a manager someday I'd not already.
