Service not rendered

Benedicto school owned my Zarin cancelled on me last minute, they use Plumstead cricket club, they are now making me wait 7 days for reimbur*****t

I initially confirmed the booking in February and was told the 30th of May was secured. Based on that, I sent out all the invitations stating the party would be there.

Unfortunately, I was informed three weeks before the date that the booking wasn’t confirmed and the service could not be provided. Zarin, the owner of Benedicto Soccer School, then told me the reimbur*****t would take 7 days.

I’m very upset as this has left me scrambling to arrange an alternative at short notice. I need this resolved urgently so I can confirm a new venue for my son’s birthday.

I would suggest people to never use them because they do not know what with their business.
