Rude behavior

Mrs Lynette Palmer is an extremely rude person as she doesn't know how to speak to a customer calmly she just shouts and doesn't even wait to hear why we came to their company .She cussed and said some very rude things to us and that's no way to treat a customer that is there to give your company business.
