Bad, rude and aggressive behaviour

Didn't believe what I was told for the first time in my life being told that we wouldn't do business with people like you, I called more than once an the lady that I spoke to was rude so than just decided to go to their place which was the baddest things that I have done. The same lady that I spoke to on the phone said she repeated rudely to me that she doesn't do business with us. Benco must do something about her
